I've been using all pro for a number of years for clogged drain issues. I decided to try them for HVAC service, since I encountered an issue. The technician was very professional and answered all my questions. He was very diligent in his work and provided an overview of my potential issues, and it's associated cost to resolve (very nicely done, by the way). I chose to limit the effort to adding freon. The fee for this was $418. In my opinion, this was excessive, even though I still require the older R22 refrigerant. But I needed the service, and was already on the hook for the $89 service call. Since R22 is about $25 per pound, adding a profit of $25 per pound, and a generous labor charge of $100, the total, including the service call charge, should have been closer to $289 instead of $570. While the service was great, I have recommended to those I know not to use All Pro for HVAC service due to the excessive costs.

We appreciated the fast response to our call for Service. Chris arrived less than two hours after our request was submitted. He went right to work and solved the problem of a "back up" problem in the kitchen sink. Much more involved than a "plugged up garbage disposal".
